Booking Terms & Conditions
At Malkins Bank Golf Club, we take pride in serving fresh, made-to-order food through Bar918. Unlike other courses, we do not pre-cook or reheat meals, ensuring the highest quality for your society booking.
To maintain this standard, sufficient preparation time is required for all food orders. For example, if your group consists of 15 people ordering breakfast, please allow a reasonable timeframe for our team to prepare your meals—expecting it within 10 minutes is not feasible.
We kindly remind all societies that it is your responsibility to allow enough time for dining before your tee time. Late arrivals will not be accommodated at the expense of other bookings, and missed tee times due to insufficient planning are not the responsibility of the course.
